Nuflw
Marketing operations, reassembled

You didn't become a marketer to manage tools.

You became a marketer to do the work. Nuflw is the marketing operations platform that handles the twelve disconnected tools, so you can get back to what you were actually hired for.

THE PROBLEM

Your marketing stack is fragmented - and it’s costing you the work.

Most in-house marketers and small agencies aren’t failing at marketing. They’re failing at operations - losing focus and budget to a stack that never agreed to work together.

  • TOOL SPRAWL

Twelve subscriptions to do one job.

HubSpot, Mailchimp, Buffer, SEMrush, Notion, Hunter, PandaDoc - each charges separately, none of them talk to each other, and the bill compounds every month.

  • BRAND DRIFT

    Every tool reinvents your voice.

Copy in Mailchimp doesn’t match the deck in Pitch, which doesn’t match the post in Buffer. There’s no single source of brand truth, so consistency becomes a manual policing job.

  • LOST CONTEXT

Insights die when you switch tabs.

The thing you noticed about open rates in Mailchimp is forgotten by the time you’re in your competitor research tool. Patterns never get connected because nothing is watching across the whole picture.

THE DIFFERENTIATORdifferentiator

Forge Intelligence reads your whole stack and tells you what matters today.

A small team of background agents watches your pipeline, email, content cadence, and competitors. They surface a short, ranked list of things to act on - not a dashboard to interpret.

Watches across surfaces

Pipeline, email, content, competitors, publishing health - one synthesis, not seven dashboards.

Ranks by what to act on

High, medium, low. Severity is your prompt to triage; Forge Intelligence does the noticing for you.

Acts in one tap

Each insight comes with a specific next action - open the stuck pipeline, draft the follow-up, brief the post.

Learns your brand

It reads your brand voice, positioning, and persona notes so its drafts sound like you, not like generic AI.

pipeline sentinel
Aurora Coffee Co. has been in Proposal for 11 days
No outbound activity since the proposal was sent on 1 March. Last reply from the client was a question about scope. A short, direct nudge usually unsticks proposals at this age.
email intelligence
Open rate on Acme’s last campaign was 18% below baseline
The 6 March product newsletter opened at 21.4% against a 90-day baseline of 26.1%. Subject line tested as the weakest of the last six sends. Worth a follow-up with a different angle.
content cadence
No LinkedIn posts scheduled for the next 6 days
Acme’s content calendar runs dry on Friday. Their recent three posts averaged 1,247 impressions - keeping the cadence steady is the cheapest way to compound that.
competitor watch
Northwind launched a free competitor-research tier yesterday
Pricing page changed at ~14:00 UTC on 11 March: the old £79 starter now reads "free for solo marketers". Worth flagging to Aurora and Acme so positioning is consistent.
publish health sentinel
LinkedIn token for Aurora Coffee Co. renews in 4 days
Renewal happens automatically when a publisher refreshes their next post. Nothing to do unless you want to renew early.

FAQ

Common questions.

  • One platform. Every surface - onboarding, email, content planner, Ad Builder, competitor intel - runs on the same data layer and reads the same brand knowledge file. Forge Intelligence watches across all of them at once.

  • They run on a schedule by default - weekly on Solo, daily on Growth, daily plus real-time triggers on Agency. You can also trigger them manually from the Intelligence panel.

  • Every AI surface reads from your Brand Knowledge file before writing. You set voice, tone sliders, words to use and avoid, messaging pillars, and personas once. Forge AI reads it on every generation.

  • Yes. CSV import for contacts is built in. Email templates can be re-created using our editor - the field syntax is the same {{handlebars}} style most ESPs use. We can help with bulk migration on Growth and above.

  • Each client gets its own workspace, with its own brand knowledge, email lists, pipeline, and competitor profiles. The agency workspace sits above them with a Portfolio Synthesiser that watches across the whole book.

  • Supabase EU. Workspace-level RLS is enforced at the database. Only people you invite to a workspace can see its contents. Agents read their own workspace’s data only - there is no cross-workspace data flow.
